Frame is only displayed in Chrome
 

I have implemented a new forum frame for my custom style, and it displays great in Chrome, but not in Firefox or IE. Because there is no frame in those browsers, the logo is shifted too. What is the cause of this? Link.

I don't know how to help really, but I do have a suggestion. The IE and firefox actually look better. The frame around the forums make it look like they are locked in. Also if you notice the background picture doesn't blend well in chrome, it goes from the picture to another color, hardlined, I would take out the frame and leave the rest floating.

Just constructive criticism, not trying to make fun of you site or anything. As a gamer though I say good luck to you and your site, looks great!
