Albums error
 
Every time the Add Album button is clicked on, the screen in the image below appears. I believe all the settings are correct and I looked all around for an answer to this issue and I am stumped.

Does anyone have an idea what might be causing the Add Album not to work? Also, under community > albums the same thing happens. I am running 4.1.12 p2.

Going directly to: http://xxxxx/forum/album.php I get the same thing.

Looks like it's not loading the CSS files properly, could be wrong, but we would need a link to see what's going on.
