move whats going on box to forumdisplay

sorry if this has been posted - but i searched and didnt find an answer

i want to put the whats going on block on forumdisplay - i had it there before but forget how

i have copied/deleted/pasted the <--start of whats going on---> to the end of whats going on from forumhome to forumdisplay but no stats show up.

what am i missing?
