Auto Welcome

Is there a mod to make a user from the forum automatically post a new thread welcoming a new member?

Take a look at this https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=258035 the other mod that it points to is in the modification graveyard but some of the posters have posted the mod in their posts in arabic but you could download it and translate :)

Ah because it's in the graveyard you cant download anything, maybe pm either of the two people that posted arabic versions there, they might have the product still.
