Minimum Posts to show in Members Online not working

Had it set to three posts before a new member would show, didnt work, changed it to 5, still dont work. As soon as someone registers, they show up in the members list?

What am I doing wrong, if anything?

Sometimes they wont show if a certain profile field is not filled , check to see if that is causing it.
