Customer Teaser When Permissions Aren't Met?

I've decided to use the vbCMS for my each of my video series products. When a member has full access I'd like them to see the actual member-only content. When they aren't a member, I'd to ditch the standard "no permissions" message and instead throw a little propaganda their way to buy.

Anyone aware of current product / plugin that does this sort of thing? I'd prefer to avoid coding it if I can.
