Memberlist style

Hi, Does anybody know how or have a better style for the memberlist page?
I would love it if members were shown in little boxes maybe 4 across and 10 down.
Like it to show Avatar with Name-Last visit-(custom feild-custom feild) Maybe an on line now indicator would be awesome.

It just looks so ugly all in one row all the way across per user.
