Paid Subscriptions not adding users to "Active"
 

I have a paid subscription system set up on my website. It is set to automatically add the user to a new primary group. The problem is, the user is not being set in this Usergroup, nonetheless not even showing up in the "Active" under Subscription Manager.

I have tried removing plugins, running a task, changing around PayPal information, just about everything suggested and I still am unable to get it to work.

So my question is: Why is my site not automatically setting users in the pimary Usergroup or giving them an active subscription after they donate?

Have you tried "Test Communications" to see if the PayPal API is working?

It shows a check, and worked for the first few donations. But now whenever someone donates we have to manually check for the donation and then manually add them. It is getting to be quite a hassle.
