class: navbit lastnavbit editing question

I want to change the color of the font and little house icon that appear at the top identifying where on the site you are, but I can't find where the color is to edit it. Can someone tell me where to find this? It's technically under the breadcrumb id if that helps but the class is navbit lastnavbit. Thanks in advance.

If you mean this:

Attachment 141908

you can't change it in vb settings.

It's in image called navbit-home and is located in the folder images/misc.

You have to use photoshop or an other image editor to change it.

That's exactly what I needed to know. Thanks. I didn't realize it was an image lol.

Is there a way so that it can be different for each skin? Also the "Forum" isn't a part of the image like you have in yours. How can I edit the color of the word "Forum" next to the house icon?

Edit: I got the "Forum" to change and can be for each skin. it wass in the vbulletin-chrome.css which means the ie also may need to be changed but I haven't looked into that yet. Not sure how I can get the house icon to be different for each skin unless I change the id of the house for each skin then have it recoded for each skin to display the proper house. Just trying to find an easier solution though.

You would need to make a copy of the images/misc folder for each style. Have them in something like /styles/style1/misc and /styles/style2/misc and then modify the stylevar imgdir_misc to point to the style's folder. You would then modify the navbit-home image in each folder.

Thanks Lynne, I'll keep that in mind.
