How do they get this "Like" button?

How can I get the "like" button to show on every post like they have? Is this a special code mod they did or is there a modification for vB 4 that does this? Any help would be appreciated.

Here are 2 pics....one of the "like" button in the lower right hand corner of each post and the other is of how many "likes" have been given in the thread.

It is? I was lookin at their site and didn't see it mentioned as a feature. Do you have it as well?
