Custom Page NavBar Variable

Dear vB Users,

I have got a Custom Page on my forums. I was wondering whether it would be possible to have a nav bar variable, where if a user is viewing the custom page, the nav bar within the style changes to the options given in another custom html template.

Any ideas?
