Allow HTML in posts by ADMIN only?

Can anyone recommend the best way to allow HTML in forum posts by admin? The mods I have found are for older vb versions. Thanks!

In the admincp:
Go to:
Usergroups --> Usergroup manager
Edit the usergroups.
Set Allow HTML to NO, exept for the admin group.

That is what I thought too, but in the usergroup section, there is no option to allow HTML in the forums per usergroup. Only in the blogs and blog comments. I also couldn't find it in the forum manager/permissions. Unless I am completely blind and overlooking it??

Good stuff JetLee, I love it when I am not the only one who gets excited about an awesome mod lol..

Yes, it's great.

Seein' as we have affiliate programs that use html links, I wanted some staff (and me, of course) to have the ability to post HTML anywhere they want and that was the ticket.

We could've made due without it, but it's made hot-linking tons easier and has really made some aspects of our forum much more enjoyable, especially when my staff are all very computer literate guys (IT professionals) and know what they're doing so it doesn't look like half-!@#$% code.

Right, so much easier this way and allows you to also give your articles in forum posts more styling as well.

Thanks, guys! I had already tried that though and it is not parsing html correctly. Read what I said in that mod's thread.
