Publish Article Error

Hi
when i check Publish article option is it shows this error

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/functions_ghsom.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/local/public_html/includes/class_dm_threadpost.php(1827) : eval()'d code on line 16

But when i check Unpublished the article is posted,
on the main page it shows Not Published

What could be the cause of this ?
