New Articles Won't Publish

4.2 Publishing Suite

Just published two articles, successfully, then tried to publish another, and article did not publish. When I clicked save, a message appeared that the article had not been published.

Tried publishing the same article again, same result, not published.

Article did not appear in the content area. How do I find these articles, there listed under two administrators.

What can I do about this, never happened before.

Your articles should be under Admincp > vBulletin CMS > Content Manager

I looked in that area and couldn't be found.

I'll be adding more articles today, maybe it will happen again.
