How to split forums
Hello.
I curently own a vBulletin 4.2 license and I would like to make a few changes to the sub-forums. I would like to create something like World Of Players (http://forum.worldofplayers.de/forum/), with a main forum which contains a great number of sub-forums. Each of this sub-forums is different: it has it's own address (which redirects to a specific sub forum) and theme. I have managed to do this, but the problem is that I can not put more than one sub-forum to one address. More explicetely: let's say my forum looks like this: Forum 1 --Subforum 1 --Subforum 2 --Subforum 3 Forum 2 --Subforum 1 --Subforum 2 --Subforum 3 Forum 3 --Subforum 1 --Subforum 2 --Subforum 3 Also say I have this two addresses: www.forum.com and www.site.com. Adress www.forum.com redirects to the address of Forum 1, and as a consequence dispays that forum and its subforums. The second address sends to Forum 2. My problem comes now. I would like address www.site.com to show both Forum 2 and it's subforums, but also Forum 3 and it's sub-forums. My question is obvious: how can I make an address dispay two main forums? Any suggestion is welcomed. Thanks. |
Then you'd have to put Forum 2 and Forum 3 in the same Category and link to the Category.
