How to make a [SPOILER][/SPOILER] visible only to Registered Users?

Hello People:

I'm currently running CMS 4.1.11 and I wonder how to do this. I want my users have the ability to put into the Spoiler tags, private information only visible for registered users and also the info not to be possible to be checked from google, yahoo, etc.

Is that possible?
