Hi,

I am searching for a way to reduce quoted text within PM's.
I can imagine two solutions:

1. cutoff quotes after X chars
2. make quote boxes collapsable and set them to closed by default

We have people quoting tons of info and if you reply them several times you scroll yourself to death before you see the new info :)

It would be nice to know if there is an addon or template edit that makes this possible for vb 4.2.x

I'm working on an addon that changes how quotes are formatted in PMs. My focus was on the problem of when the quote depth gets too deep, but I suppose while I'm doing it I could also implement one of your suggestions.
