Profile Customization?

I can't get it to work, I'm not sure if you have to enable anything or not, but it doesn't show. In the spot where the profile customization link normally is I have the "force users to read the rules" plug in, but I doubt that interferes with anything.

I'd appreciate any help.

You turned it on for ur group then did you go into your profile and try to custom it?
