Can't Import Products After Move
 
I have recently moved my website from a linux host to windows dedicated server I have been using. It came installed with plesk and all the fun stuff with that (e_e) IIS. I am running into an error where I cant import product.xml because of this error

I am not sure if I just need to install vbulletin again or if there is something more going wrong.

Didnt help much other than to point out I am not running php 5.3.x
