Admin CP Help

Hi guys,

I've got a basic HTML file I use for bots to scrawl and read, and I was wondering if there was a simple way of adding a page in the Admin CP for vB to pick this up and allow me to edit/save it?

http://www.wfcforums.com/newsnow/index.html is the page in question.
