Subscribed forums list, like subscribed threads in CP

Is there a way (a plugin or whatnot) that allows an end user to see all the forums they are subscribed to? Sort like under the UserCP pull down, you see "Subscribed Threads". Is there a way to add "Subscribed Forums"?

Is it already possible in vb 3.8x? if not, can you point me towards a module or plugin that does this? OR, if you recommend someone to do mods like this for us....
