Editing Widget Backgrounds and Borders

Hello, I was wondering where I would edit the widget background colors and border or edge styles? I was looking in the Block section but it doesn't seem to be there. Is this more code than just editing? Thanks!

You were close!

Keep going down in the Style Variable Editor past the "Block" section to "vbcms" section.
