wen a user trying to Register get that how can i fix it i

Check the usergroups in Usergroup Manager > edit usergroup and make sure "This Usergroup is not a 'Banned' Group" is set to Yes, not No.

i set it to yes

after a user Register it go to there
you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

it will not go there
Verify Email address in Registration

Then check the permissions for the usergroup (same place) and make sure they have permission to view the forums.
