Need a red +++++ type scheme/Style

Im needing a whole style for VB

Made similar as this forum but be red and kinda match the logo attached
Font size 12

The banner "area" should be like a red

PM me if need more info but heres the banner to kinda help a little bit in the attachment below

the name can be called Red +++++

light toned

and as for template make it

simular to this
