Hi,
when i am logging in it says You are currently showing up as unlicensed .I am a licenced member and i am using the same email id for vbulletin licence and vbulletin.org


please help :erm:

It takes a while before it updates

I too am having this very same issue. Followed all the advice to ensure that my E-mails matched up, but it is still showing up as:

Make sure to set the permission to allow vBulletin.org to validate your status.
It's been more than 24 hours and still no access.

You may put in a support ticket from the members area on vbulletin.com and then I can fix the issue.

You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.

Just to be clear, username does not matter, only the e-mail needs to match (and this is case sensitive).
