How Do I Add An Additional CSS File To Style

I am going to modify my forum with a one row, four column CSS box. That being, in lieu of creating a table which is bad for SEO.

How do I add this to my existing style or whatever it is that I am supposed to do.

Go to your Admin CP->>>Your Style>>>Edit Templates>>>css templates
