Custom search window

Guys,
I would like to create a new small search window that will capture the text and add it to a webiste url for product lookup..

example: http://www.metraonline.com/part/99-2003

I would like the user to input any part # and then it will go to that website for the part...I think this should be easy since its a simple url with part# at end

can you point me to an add-on or a simple template edit I can do for this?
