i am new here and user of phpbb wanna just wanna know weather i can buy vbulletin forum CMS from any other person or website and defenetly without proper license so what are the benefits of vbulletin license and support:confused:

You should be able to find licenses for sale on other admin type websites - just google for them.

You can do work legally which type of licensed you take the government.
