1 Attachment(s)
This hack allows to view "next page" in the multipages threads with AJAX without refreshing a entire page
known bugs - not working with vBSEO if you don't use hack "Quick Quote and nick in quick replay", open javascript file and comment this code Code:
vBmenu.register("postmenu_" + postbits[i].getAttribute('postid'), false); Code:
//vBmenu.register("postmenu_" + postbits[i].getAttribute('postid'), false); Video on YouTube, how it works - http://youtu.be/tdwBQWO9Ldo Live Demo - http://vbkerk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=23&pp=2 perpage 2 posts to view, how it works |
Demo is not working?
|
demo forum is online
|
Demo isn't available for me: it shows "502 Bad Gateway", btw it seems really an intersting idea, i'll test it :)
|
send me your IP in PM
probably IP banned by host/server/forum |
Using a proxy i had access to your forum, hwever when i click show more comments it just duplicate the last post
|
maybe it's because of proxy
anyway... you can download and install hack on your localhost |
Yeah i will test it on my forum to be sure, btw i thought this in another way: it would be great if you have the normally thread page and when you click "2" it goes to the second page without refreshing, at least this my idea
|
Great idea. Can you please get this working with vbseo? or is there any way to mod it so that it works with the vbseo settings on a particular site? :)
|
i don't work with vbseo =)
hate url's like this one: site.com/thread-123/post-12/page-3 == in this mod, URL with arguments: t=123&page=2 going from php to js via ajax and appear in button href, like: <a htef="showthread.php?t=123&page=2">Next page</a> i don't know how to do this in vbseo |
