This product will give temporary banned users an access to selected forum.

It was requested here.

TESTED IN vB 4.1.x & vB 4.2.x

Installation

• Import product-vfc_banned_user_forum.xml file through Product Manager in admincp.
• Go to admincp -> settings -> Banned User Forum -> Select Banned User Discussion Forum
  
  Installation Complete..

Will this work with permanently banned users?

That is what I am wondering.

If not, is there a way that we can make it so that it does work with permanently banned users?

Also, who is able to post in this forum if it is the dedicated banned user forum?

I think that only usergroups 5/6/7 should be able to post in there, outside of the banned usergroup of course.

How can I make that so if it is not already implemented?

Forum Permission Manager in admincp to set permission for each group.

It works for temporary banned user. Generally most permanent banned users are spammer, so no point of having a dedicated banned forum for them.
