How can I make my forum have sub sections like here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=198

On vB.org, it shows vBulletin 4.x Modifications then there is a gap between it and vBulletin 3.8 Modifications. I really want to do this but all my tries have failed. When I do it, all the sub forums are directly beneath each other.
