Looking for help with custom vbulletin template

I have a very old site which i was trying to build long ago still using the 4.0.2 vbulletin... I had my template custom made.. so i want to keep the design but i'm in need to update the vbulletin to 4.2.0 current version..

I'm looking for someone who is familiar with coding and template design.. willing to pay for the service and time..
