phpfox v3 integration with vb4

hi
i have two communities
the only thing i want is as below ;

usrs in two community have the same user name and password
user of phpfox can enter vb4 with phphfox user and password
users of vb4 can enter phpfox with vb4 user and pasword

i want not ant more untegration like import forums or commets or more..
