Username Colour

Sorry if its obvious but is it possible to have users with a certain coloured username ?

I do not want to create separate usergroups for this

Can it be done and if so how ?

I remember someone asking about this once not to long ago and I am sure someone in the post told them how to do it. I am sure it was on this site. Try looking for it see what comes up
