Twitter Connect for VBulletin

I've been searching for a Twitter connect (to sign up using Twitter) plugin for VBulletin and I can't seem to find any.

I'm willing to pay for this mod. Is there anyone else here that would be willing to split costs together? We can then have someone develop it and make it available here for free...
