How do I replace my threads status icons with custom status icons?? Like what the easiest and/or the best way to do it??

Create your status icons, name them exactly the same and extension a sthe ones that already exist save them in a folder named statusicon. rename your forum/images/statusicon folder to statusiconOriginal, upload your new folder from your pc to forum/images by ftp :)

kk ty but what do I do once I upload it to forum/images?? is there a step beyond that that I need to do or no??

Nothing to do, if you've done exactly as i said then your new images will automatically appear (if they don't and you have done everything correct press Ctrl+F5).

hey simon apparently I didn't rename them correctly, if I send you the folder can you name them for me please?? here is the link!:D

Errm, no!, simply look in your old statusicon folder check the names and name them exactly, they also need to be the same extension too - no disrespect but why would you imagine i'd do that work for you, after all it's your forum :)
