how put this rank

i am using vbulletin 4.2.0

but i saw different type ranks on one forum website

check this image and can any one tell me how to put this ranks

I'm not sure what you're asking - in the User Rank Manager you can enter any image file name you want to display for each rank.

Edit: Oh, I see, you want them to be assigned to specific users rather than based on post count?
