This mod will add the most recent posts of your forum on the board index. The permissions will remain intact, meaning the group/groups that does/have not permissions to view a forum, will not be able to see the posts from the forum/forums that they are not allowed to view.

After installing the xml file you can configure the mod at Settings->Options->Recent Posts v2.

And add additionnel CSS

And upload grey-up_sm.png in gradients folder

Gonna try this, thanks. Looks great. Any chance that it can go on the top of forums AND sidebar?

Nice, how disable fully for guests and banneds?
all categories of my forum are released for visitors
and I only want registereds members to see these recent posts ..
