I need a good points system

Well I really need a good Points system and I will be glad if someone can code a good one for vbulletin 3.8.x :)

Features:
*) When a member open a thread in a specific section, he gets some points ( I want options to set how much points and what sections. :D)
*) I don't want an ability to send points to another user.
*) Redeem option included please.

What point do you mean? Something like vbBux?

nope ..... If user makes thread then user can get some points after x points user can redeem his points for vip or he can transfer that points to another one :) xd some one plz
