Has anything like this been developed?

I run a motorsport based website. Most of the forum members are also members of particular motor clubs. On registering, they must select their motor club - of which there are almost 60 - from a drop down menu.

What I would like to happen is for each motor club to have its own forum section. So if a member was to select ABC motor club, for example, then they would also see an ABC Motor Club forum section where they could post messages etc. Only those members who select ABC Motor Club in their profile would be able to see this particular forum section.

Is this possible?
