avatars on whats new
 

avatars not showing up on my whats new or on side of the forum threads by the thread starters how do i do this im using 4.1.12

Avatars do not show up in the "What's New" or on the side of forum threads without a modification. At least unless that's changed from 4.1.11 (which is what I use). Are you using a modification for that? If so, ask in the appropriate modification thread. (Maybe this one? https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=271540 )

the modification is installed the one above but the avatars are huge inside the threads and on whats new instead of small i rebuilt the avatsr but still the same

You'll have to ask about the modification in that modification's thread. :P
