Inferno vBShout Error

When I enable Inferno vBShout I get and error that says -

I don''t use this mod myself but seeing the db error you posted you are missing a/the db table that that mod adds.

It would be better if you asked at that mod ''s support thread/forum for further help. Its coder and/or co-users might help you better.
