Hello, instead of the message in the picture above. I want to input a custom message for that specific forum. How can I do that?

AdminCP ---> Languages & Phrases ---> Phrase Manager

YOu'll need to edit three phrases:
not_logged_no_permission**
nopermission_loggedin
nopermission_loggedin_ajax
**Not entirely sure about this one, tbh.

EDIT: Er, nevermind, I see you wanted it for a specific forum. That would require a plugin, and I'm not exactly sure which hook it should be on.
