Bump Thread Mod same like digital Point.

Digital point have a Bumping system which allow customer usergroup to Bump their thread base on time and limited hour. or how many time there can bump it within a set of time frame like every day or every 7 days and normal user can only bump it once a week and so on .

Is there any thread like this out there ?

i did check out that mod,

but it does not allow usergroup and time limit for bumping base on user group

eg.

VIP - get to Bump every 3 hour
normal user get to bump once a week .
and so on ..

Options are not displaying in my 4.2 installation for neither Forumdisplay, Showthread, or Search Moderation Tools.
