Automated Private Messages

I have seen this on forums but cannot find a mod for it. Basically the new members get a welcome PM, that is already setup. But I want automated follow up messages. For example after being a member for a week they would get a pm asking how they like the forum blah blah.

Can you guys point me in the right direction
