Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge of why Firefox would ignore a redirect from .htaccess when IE accepts it just fine. Here's the redirect...

RewriteBase /

RewriteRule ^forum/(.*) http://www.mydomain.com/vbforum/ [R=301,L]

And it's in a .htaccess file which is in the /Forum/ sub-directory.

It works perfectly fine with IE but firefox ignores it and gives me the index of the Forum sub-directoy with the standard link the parent directory and then this...
