[rellect] Post buttons for guests

From 4.1.10, vBulletin no longer display post buttons (new thread & new reply) for guests that have no permission to post.
When guest sees such button, it may encourage him to register and participant. So removing the buttons from guests is a mistake for some site owners.

This mod will let guests see the post buttons, but with label that will ask them to log in or register in order to post.

How to install/upgrade:

Download the provided xml file and install to your forum.
Follow the steps:

1. Log in to admincp
2. Under 'Plugins & Products', click on 'Manage Products'
3. At the bottom of the page you should see ' [Add/Import Product] ', click on that
4. Choose the xml file from your computer and upload

Done. The mod is installed.

We already have a best working mod.

I was search for this mod before I posted mine, but I couldn't find one.
Seems like I missed that one.

A minor update released (1.1), I changed the label of the button so guests won't think they can actually post.
