Malware somehow coming from my site

Hey all, I'm having a problem. My VBulletin forum is listed as having malware. I dont know what to do :( Anyone know what I do to eliminate the malware?

try to download the files in your computer and check it with a virus scanner which file have the virus.
Replace the file then or remove it
