I'm looking for a few hacks that may already exist,

1: I want the moderator, or anyone subscribed to a forum to be emailed when a thread is moved into the form, it works for a new post, but not when the thread is moved into the forum

2: Is there a hack available to take an incomming email message, and automatically post it into a new thread?
