Move Navbar Tabs: Left to Right
 
I like what you have done here on vBulletin.org, with shifting your Navtabs to the right side of your pages...

I just can't seem to figure out how, nor find conversation for doing such a thing...

Any guidance?

I found a 3.8.4 release: Tabs Like vBulletin.org With Search

Anyone know if this same manipulation will work in 4.1.8
